Peter Heydenrych
Chairman of the Board
Peter Heydenrych is a corporate finance and investment banking executive with more than 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, international banking, and strategic transactions. He served as Chairman and CEO of Corporate Finance Associates and has led numerous middle-market M&A transactions across manufacturing, logistics, construction, and business services sectors. Earlier in his career, he helped execute a national roll-up strategy following the sale of an interior architecture firm to PHH, a Fortune 100 company, and later served as CFO and board member of a $200 million global logistics company operating across five continents. Peter is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

With over 40 years of leadership in the manufacturing and automotive sectors, Hardy Singh has a proven record of transforming struggling operations into high-performance enterprises. He has held senior roles managing global teams, plant operations, and engineering functions across North America and Asia. Hardy is known for building operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and achieving cost reductions while enhancing customer satisfaction and productivity. David Sinkovics is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategic growth initiatives, corporate turnarounds, and M&A integrations. As a CPA and former CFO of one of Canada’s fastest-growing fitness franchises, he has led multi-entity financial operations and driven significant efficiency gains. His career includes key roles at Ricoh and IKON, where he led enterprise-wide financial transformations. David combines strong financial acumen with hands-on leadership to deliver sustainable growth and investor value.

Paul Harricks is a senior legal advisor with deep expertise in M&A, energy, and infrastructure law. Formerly the EVP & Chief Legal Officer at Hydro One and a senior partner at Gowling WLG, Paul has led high-stakes legal, regulatory, and governance matters across Canada’s energy sector. He has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards and is a recognized authority on legal strategy and corporate governance. John Lilley

John Lilley is a seasoned CPA and financial executive with over three decades of global leadership experience across private equity and Fortune 500 companies, including Siemens, Schlumberger, and LSG Sky Chefs. He has spearheaded over 30 international acquisitions and driven financial transformations across diverse industries such as manufacturing, industrial services, and utilities. Known for his strategic planning and operational turnaround skills, John has delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings through lean process improvements, ERP implementations, and supply chain optimization. His deep expertise spans M&A, restructuring, IT, tax strategy, and full P&L accountability, making him a powerhouse addition to any board focused on growth and operational excellence.
Trevor Ready

Trevor Ready brings over 30 years of global manufacturing leadership, having successfully turned around multiple facilities and launched large-scale operations in the automotive sector. Currently General Manager at Presstran Industries (a Magna division), Trevor has introduced more than 65 new processes and driven over $1B in new business launches. His depth in operational excellence, process innovation, and program management helps Seaway Metal identify scalable opportunities and implement effective plant-level strategies.

Chris Fattaei is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with over 30 years of experience in the Canadian manufacturing sector, including metal stamping, CNC machining, automotive, and aerospace. He is an expert in cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and process optimization, consistently delivering significant improvements in operational performance. His strategic approach combines deep technical insight with practical execution, making him a trusted advisor for manufacturing businesses seeking growth and efficiency. Chris holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University and continues to support companies in driving innovation and operational excellence.
Vladan Markovich

Greg Scheessele

Greg Scheessele is a seasoned executive and board advisor with over four decades of global leadership experience across various sectors, including automotive, industrial, and life sciences. He has led complex operational turnarounds, scaled international manufacturing operations, and delivered significant EBIT and cash flow improvements in both private equity and publicly traded environments. As EVP of the Americas for TMD Friction, he oversaw multi-site operations in NAFTA and Brazil, boosting EBIT by 65% and executing a $725M global growth strategy. At Pall Corporation, he integrated global supply chains and drove $44M in profit gains by restructuring and expanding global production.
